At ReplyWise, we strive to provide exceptional service and value. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing for our subscription-based services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to:
- Purchases made directly through the ReplyWise website (replywise.timeskip.dev).
- Subscription plans purchased through our payment processor (Paddle or similar).
- In-app purchases made through the macOS application, subject to Apple's refund policies where applicable.
Note: If you purchased a subscription through a third-party app store (e.g., Mac App Store), refunds are governed by that store's refund policy, and you must request refunds through them directly.
2. Subscription Plans
ReplyWise offers the following subscription tiers:
Free Plan
- 30 comments per month
- No billing or refunds applicable
Pro Plan - Monthly ($9.99/month)
- 500 comments per month
- Billed monthly
- Cancel anytime
Pro Plan - Yearly ($99/year)
- 500 comments per month
- Billed annually (save $20)
- Cancel anytime
3. Free Trials & Avoiding Charges
If we offer a free trial period for paid subscriptions:
- You will not be charged during the trial period.
- You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the subscription.
- Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings or by contacting support.
- If you cancel during the trial, you retain access until the trial period ends.
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
- You have not excessively used the Service (e.g., generated more than 50% of your monthly comment quota).
- The refund is requested for technical issues or service failures that we could not resolve.
4.2 Yearly Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund under the following conditions:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
- A prorated refund will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription period.
- No refunds will be issued for yearly subscriptions after 30 days from purchase.
4.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- You have violated our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Your account was terminated due to fraudulent or abusive activity.
- You have already filed a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
- The refund request is made outside the eligible refund window.
- You simply changed your mind or no longer need the service (outside the refund window).
5. Refund Method & Timing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Currency: Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase. Currency conversion fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include Required Information:
- Your full name and email address associated with your account.
- Your order ID or receipt (if available).
- The reason for your refund request.
- The date of your purchase or subscription renewal.
- Wait for Review: Our support team will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond via Discord or email.
- Receive Confirmation: If approved, you will receive a confirmation message, and your refund will be processed.
7. Cancellations & Subscription Management
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Account Settings: Log in to your ReplyWise account and navigate to "Subscription" → "Cancel Subscription."
- Discord Support: Contact us on Discord with your cancellation request.
What happens when you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- You will retain access to Pro features until the subscription expires.
- After expiration, your account will revert to the Free Plan.
8. Taxes, Fees, & Currency Conversion
- Taxes: Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST will be added to your subscription price based on your location. Taxes are non-refundable.
- Payment Processor Fees: Payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable.
- Currency Conversion: If your bank applies currency conversion fees, those are not refundable by ReplyWise.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first to resolve any billing issues. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account.
- Ineligibility for future refunds.
- Additional fees charged by your payment provider.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us on Discordwith details, and we will investigate promptly.
